Oaklands Care Centre is a brand-new, state-of-the-art supported living service, opened in October 2025 and fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are open for admissions now, with a maximum capacity of 8 service users, ensuring a personalised, consistent, and respectful experience for every individual.
