Specialist Support at Aims Care


We deliver tailored 1:1 and 2:1 support for young adults with complex mental health and learning disability needs, both within our homes and during community outings. Our goal is to ensure individuals always have consistent, familiar support, promoting confidence, safety, and progress.



What We Provide


Dedicated 1:1 & 2:1 Staffing


For service users with higher-complexity needs, we offer full 1:1 support. We can also provide 2:1 staffing for those whose require more intensive assistance. This flexibility ensures each individual receives the level of support they need, universally or during challenging moments.


Community Access with Familiar Staff


Our own fleet of minibuses and drivers enables safe, supported outings—whether for appointments, social activities, or community engagement. Individuals are always accompanied by team members they know, ensuring comfort and continuity beyond the home environment. 


Key Worker System


Each service user is allocated a dedicated key worker who are specially experienced, consistent, and understand the individuals unique needs. This central point of contact ensures plans are implemented effectively, progress is regularly reviewed, and communication with families or professionals is seamless.
